To be honest I've been here a couple of times and been served well. But that doesn't make up for my last visit. I was totally ignored by two shop girls who were more interested in checking their phones for messages, when another customer turned up she was dealt with immediately, when I complained the explanation was \she works here\. So I suppose that's ok then? I left the boots and trainers I was going to buy and left probably never to return. Covid doesn't make shop assistants into Übermenschen!
