Toixos was born with a project of hope for a cuisine of the area merged with that of other countries, and always retaining the touch of tradition and giving our signature touch. Headed by our chef Iván Hernández, known for the TV show Top Chef and after having worked on sites with the Celler de Can Roca (recognized as the best restaurant in the world today), he decided to set up the restaurant in his native Ávila, in order to be able to take the gastronomy of Avila to the skies of the kitchen. Accompanied by a young and very well prepared team, their purpose is to surprise and pass on an experience to the guests that pass through Toixos.
