Mafe is one of the best yoga teachers I have ever had the pleasure of practicing with. She is one of the most disciplined, professional attentive yoga teachers in Malaga. Mafe lives breathes yoga, she practices what she preaches and transmits that yoga isn’t simply at asana practice, but a lifestyle. She spends hours dedicating herself to her practice, her classes yoga philosophy. You can feel this as her student, you can feel her passion, her love commitment to the lifestyle. Would 100% recommend. Prepare to get a bit sweaty too.

These yoga classes are truly amazing! They fill you up with peace and energy at the same time. Ágape yoga offers you a space to reconnect with your body, mind and soul. The atmosphere is very warm and loving. You always feel support and care, which allows you to try new poses and constantly develop, both physically and mentally. Agape yoga is a fantastic place to practice yoga. Whether you are a beginner or more advanced yogi- the class is so dynamic that there is a place for everyone. Mafe is a compassionate and supportive teacher who has helped me develop more over the past two months than I've ever learned elsewhere. I feel so comfortable in the class and with the other students with a good-vibes-only attitude. Such a fantastic space to learn and grow and i can't wait til my next class!

I've tried a lot of yoga studios in Malaga but also all over the world and I'm really grateful to have found Agape Yoga because it's definitely one of the best, if not THE best. The classes are dynamic with variations for every level and Mafe knows how to help, give support and challenge at the same time to bring out the best in everyone of us. She is an amazing teacher, caring, loving and very knowledgeable about every aspect of the yoga practice. I've recommended her classes to many friends and they are all unanimous. I fall in love with this place and Maria from the first time I closed my eyes and started to breath.Yoga viniasa is great, all place has great energy and the practise is incredible,I highly recommend this place from all my heart, because it is about what yoga is supposed to be- sharing, taking care of each other and feel united.Not just only while we practising on our yoga mat but also out of it.

I stayed in Malaga for 2months last year Sep - Oct. I met this incredible place and person in Agape Yoga. I was truly able to connect in deep with my soul and fully focused my body / breath. Now I am back home and will start Yoga teaching course in Feb. Maria is amazing person, she supported me so much different way, Yoga practice and even mentally.
