I'm from Asia, and never had I ever found a 'proper and delish' bubble tea in the EU easily. When I tried Zen Zoo, its bubble milk tea was really good I cried :')

I ordered two hot beverages to take away and although the drink was delicious as always, the new packaging was just bad quality. Even though I tried, I couldn't close it properly. This was a big issue since I was planning to get home with them two but instead I had to drink one so I could bring the other home. Here I upload a picture of the packaging I'm talking about.
Great product and service but severely understaffed. Expect really long lines in the weekend.
