Started a contract for home internet and they gave a time frame for a technician to install the system. 3 hours of waiting and no technician. All numbers to call result in wait lines or telling me to go into a store and speak with someone. Day 1 and they already can't provide the service. DO NOT CONTRACT WITH VODAFONE. They cannot provide the service from THE BEGINNING!!! 100% incompetent and untrustworthy!! Update: After speaking with a vodafone employee on the phone i found out that they had no technician scheduled to come to my apartment today. I had an appointment confirmed on the day i made the contract and a confirmation via whatsapp yesterday... I went to this vodafone store to figure out what had gone wrong. The person i spoke with was very rude! She explained that vodafone wasn't able to identify my address and so needed to update their system. This could take anywhere up to 10 days. No one contacted me about this. Vodafone was happy to let me wait up to 10 days without notifying me THAT THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH MY CONTRACT. The person at the store insisted that it was somehow my fault even though vodafone couldn't identify my address. This issues also seemed to have been noticed BEFORE I GOT A CONFIRMATION YESTERDAY FOR THE TECHNICIAN TO COME TODAY! I immediately canceled the contract. Vodafone couldn't provide ANY SERVICE. They couldn't NOTIFY ME OF ANY ISSUES. Do not waste your time with this company.

Las trabajadoras muy amables .Una atención excelente. Un 10. Hoy en día no es fácil encontrar personas que se ve que les gusta su trabajo y te ayudan al máximo ofreciéndote un buen servicio. Volveré a este sitio si necesito gestionar algo de vodafone

La atención en la tienda presencial del Pº Independencia de Zaragoza es perfecta, tanto en eficiencia como en amabilidad. Menos mal por que el Servicio de Atención al público es sencillamente nefasto o inexistente, a excepción de una operadora de Zaragoza llamada Esther que fué la única que de verdad me solucionó algo, en los cuatro meses que llevo en Vodafone habré hablado con más de 50 operadores y todos (a excepción de Esther) dieron largas, me pasaron a otro departamento, dijeron que me iban a llamar y luego no lo hacían..... en fin. Eso sí la mayoría pedían una buena valoración en la encuesta. Menos mal que al final acudí a esta tienda.
