Great variety of machines and different rooms to do sport. Tutorised classes are very recommended, if you're a beginner in any kind of exercise you're willing to pursue. There is also a great app that is available in the very building as well (so you don't have to bring your phone) where you can leave trade of the exercise you've done and see how well you're doing. I have to say, the trainers are very attentive, helpful, and encouraging (but they don't force you to do anything). They always greet you with a big smile. If it's your first day –as it's very well explained in the website– you will be asked to check in and then do a small test, which will tell you what your physical condition is like and what kind of exercises would suit you best according to whatever it is that you want to accomplish here. As a University student, this is a really nice place to go to, for it's pretty close to both the flat I'm currently living and my campus. When it comes to the prices, it's pretty affordable, but it all depends on what your plan is. If, like me, you can only afford to go for an hour and a half (sometimes less) once a day, it might be best for you if you pay for the whole month (you could also pay for the whole year, but in my case –because I have exams twice a course– I don't tend to go that much to the gym during exams period). In any case, you'll see that the staff will explain it to you clarifyingly and if there's any doubts you can always ask! The only inconvenient, for me, is the air within some rooms. I wish there were some sort of ventilation because it comes to a point where you just enter another room and start sweating and feel a bit like there's not as much air as you wish there was. It's not suffocating, do not worry, it's just that it's not as cold as it could be. That's all! Go and work that body you got! ;)

Por tercer año consecutivo me apunto durante el verano. Este año ha dado un bajon de calidad en las instalaciones. Hay espacios en la zona de Spa que no funcionan como una de las camas de piedras calientes. En la hora de Aquagym hemos estado 4 semanas con el aparato de musica defectuoso hasta que hace dos dias han comorado uno que no suena tampoco bien. Las clases en el agua son muy aburtidas pues en todas ellas se llaman de diferentes formas pero hacemos practicamente lo mismo. Y sin musica. Tela. En comparacion con otros años en que las clases eran dinamicas , motivadores y energeticas acompañados de unos crack de monitores como Maria, Victor etc.. Me hubiera gustado que hubieran puesto a media mañana alguna clase de Aqualife para poder probarla ya que lo habia visto anunciado y se supone que era el nuevo reclamo del gym. De las clases dirigidas de arriba estan bien.
