I had a network problem with my phone. They said they fixed it and it will return in 10min and it didn't. So i returned and they said the same thing 10 min and it will be fine. Well it isn't

Have been to other Vodafone shops and being English speaking some Spanish have not had very helpful staff. The Xativa shop I could not fault so helpful and friendly even though not much English spoken.
