Fantastic team and amazing properties . Very meticulous and conscientious regarding the cleanliness of the properties. They use my services frequently to assure that all mattresses and soft furnishings are cleaned and disinfected to the highest standards during change overs.

the instructions for access to the apartment was really bad , the apartment door had no number or letter on it and was locked from the inside by the cleaners so we could not gain access , we contacted interhomes 24/7 helpline which was based in germany and they couldn't make contact with anyone in javea , it took us from 10.30pm until 1.30 am in the morning to get access to the apartment , we got an email from interhome the next morning to say someone from the javea office would be contacting us that morning to resolve the issue , no one contacted us so we went into the office at 2.30 pm that day and asked for the manager , he was outside having a cigarette , one of the office staff called him and we had to wait until he finished his cig , his name was Freddy Bunter , we asked why he hadn't telephoned us he replied they had been to busy , we asked why no one attended last night to help us (he replied we have to sleep) , he then laughed at us and laughed at any other questions we put to him , We then realised he was actually drunk and you could smell the alcohol on him. We are really upset with the way we have been treated by interhome in javea. and would not recommend booking any holiday rental through this company in javea
Had a terrible experience with them, the house facilities were dirty, obviously minimum cleaning was made (sheets...) the overall the house was dirty and they never really solved the issue despite our complaints. We left one week later and so many things were still unsolved. Wouldn't recommend at all.
I have used this company for the last year letting out my family villa, and letting property from them for my sons wedding, could not praise them more highly.
Vi har gennem mange år lejet sommerhuse i hele Europa gennem Interhome og det har altid været nogle fantastiske huse. Hvis der er det mindste, plejer de at fikset det hurtigt. Vi kommer naturligvis tilbage Hilsen Pernille
Nous travaillons avec Agence Interhome de Javea depuis quelques années, l’équipe est compétente et réactive,le personnel reste aimable et de bon conseil.
Buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel op de vestiging van Interhome in Jávea, niet alleen tijdens ons verblijf daar, maar ook naderhand. Toen ik een bos sleutels was vergeten in de bungalow was geen moeite hen teveel om ze terug te vinden. Binnen een dag werden ze terug gestuurd naar mijn adres in Nederland. Super geregeld, dames in Jávea! Hartelijk bedankt!
