The products are cool but the service could be better. You have to ask to be helped- which h us fine but then twice now the salesperson just didn't seem very knowledgeable on the products and left out pertinent information. Now I'm stuck with a phone I didn't really want and can't change it, even paying the difference. In summary- cool and affordable products but service could be improved.

Excepcional tienda de las pocas que hay aun en madrid original de Xiaomi. La única pega es que no tiene toda la variedad de productos de la marca, solo algunos de ellos. Seria recomendable que tuviesen un catalogo online y puedan ser recomendados y seleccionados en la propia tienda.
