If you want to pay an extra 256 is the place for you! The scooter was very old and scratched both sides. During my rental, I parked it wrong on not solid ground and it collapsed with a few more scratches, plus according to the owner I broke the left front panel (my bad that I didn't verify it before renting but I trusted the pleasant service). Of course, I wanted to cover the losses but the owner gave me only one option which was to pay her 265 because her mechanic estimate costs on that level. That price seemed to be too high so I called another mechanic, send the pictures, and received a cost estimation which was 110. So I proposed to rent it for one extra day and bring it back repaired. But there was no discussion with Kathi who is the owner. As other comments say the client service is very friendly but it's only a facade. When something happens you start talking with Kathi who is the owner and she is not pleasant at all. She gave me only one option to pay it right now or she will call the police. Because I didn't want to waste one of my last vacations day I gave up and paid but I feel really disappointed and cheated.

I give - 5 starts to the people and renting process - 3 stars for the motorcycle I borrowed Goes Leopard for a day and while I was happy with renting process, I was not that happy with motorcycle. It works and it takes you from point A to point B, but that's it. It feels cheap, you can see that some parts of the bikes are used a lot. (The mirrors are moving, the clutch handling is moving). The throttle response is delayed. It was difficult to put the neutral gear while the bike was not moving... After few hours you get used to this bike, but I really didn't enjoy riding the bike itself. (But the landscapes in Tenerife are awesome so I enjoyed the rental anyways) I believe other bikes from Honda, Kawasaki etc. are in better condition. I rented this motorcycle because there were no other A2- licence motorcycles (just scooters). I would recommend to buy some A1 and A2 - license motorbikes form know manufacturers like Honda, Suzuki, KTM,...
Perfect experience renting Kawasaki Vulcan from WhiteStars! I've spent 2 great days on a bike around Tenerife. No deposit and great service, and they have a parking nearby if you want to leave the car while enjoying your bike (but beware that it's quite popular and may be packed). Definitely recommend!
Really the best way to experience the island is on a motorcycle! Really welcoming German/Austrian guys! Good rides and not too expensive!
