Truly great experience. The bike- e Road bike - was not the cheapest but surely the best. We were served by tog guy, who clearly knew what he was doing(as opposite to another rental company where my partner got his regular road bike) and was extremities helpful. We had no issues on first day, on second something broke in gear shifter- about 30km from alcudia.... It took only one phone call and ice cold coke(and about an hour waiting) before the same guy came in a van with array of tools and spare bike- just in case! He fixed the bike and even had a spare set of pedals for my partner- despite him not renting a bike from them! It is not always about the bike which will be perfect - mine was yet accidents happens and some things can break, especially if they are under so much stress on those amazing majorcan roads- it is all about how fast and how well those issues will be fixed if ever they appear! Truly amazing customer service if you ask me. I am though really sorry I don't remember the name of guy who helped us- he really deserve all the praise!

Helpful guys. Reasonably priced road bike hire. Their Merckx Sallanches 64 carbon bikes with Ultegra disk setup are well prepped even if there was a slight chain rub in the lowest gear. The \siesta\ opening hours caught me out when I was returning the bike but that was my own fault, as I had been told about it when picking up. The Cap de Formentor route has to be experienced.

I've rented bikes from Wheelssport two times a year for about ten years now. This is a reliable bike rental with many years of experience. They used to be very good for renting road bikes, but they seem to have lost quality during recent years. The Shimano 105 equipped bike I got recently had rusty brake springs and also got some crash marks, this bike is far from new. The gears was not perfect and I have to adjust them on the road. Unfortunately I don't think the price is competitive either, I can get an Ultegra equipped bike for less money at my hotel. Nevertheless, you can book your bike on the web site and they reply quickly on email, and they are very service minded. They have also been able to find me a last minute bike when I was late with booking. This bike rental is also open year around. If you come in the winter the physical shop is closed but they will nevertheless deliver and pickup the bikes at your hotel. In the winter there is usually an of-season discount. All in all I'm satisfied with the service and the bikes works perfectly. But I encourage you to compare different rental service before you go ahead.
