This tour company is dedicated to the conservation and protection of the animals. The tours are limited and very popular. The staff are well educated and passionate about the animals and educational tours. I learnt a great deal about the animals and enjoyed the experience.

I am impressed. I was hoping to see dolphins, but in fact we also met finwhales :) And not only one but even three of them (mum, dad and baby on their way to the atlantic ocean)! A very special moment. Whale watch tarifa are really respecting the dolphins and whales. The boat was kept at a distance, everyone was asked to be quiet. I can totally recommend them.

Well, my review does not consider the tour. Actually this company is just a middleman and the tour itself is done by Turmares (which is all good – please book directly from them!). But this one... Oh dear. Avoid it at all cost. Poor communication, staff that does not read their emails and when they screw up (big time) you will only get back eye rolling and Spanish customer service at its worst. No need to use them for booking as in the worst case – like what happened to me and my son, costing us 5 hours of sleep and 30 euros worth of travelling – they will book you to the wrong trip, give you wrong information and do not bother to do their only job, which is to be the link between their customer and Turmares. No need to use them. Ever again.
