After contact with many of your departments All you have done is tell me that I, a real New Zealand citizen who used WU for years, is now held in doubt as a real card holder and you have no idea why because your "system" makes that decision. You have offered absolutely no assistance on what I can do to rectify this. As I have said your customer service is appalling and I cannot even report your total lack of professionalism to your Head Office because you hide any direct email contact with that office.

I have been sending money from WU for 2 and half years without any difficulty but lastly I sent money to my family, those money have not reach to them due to wrong MTCN as the agent said. i have been follow up for two weeks up to date no solution. I keep talking to with different agents, and they are telling me the same things" articulate and wait for 24 hrs, other agent, wait for 48 hrs we will call you but by the end of 48 to 72 hrs no call. I called again and find other agent and they said the same things. My question if you care about your customer why this things happen and this frustrate us from your company, what if you work like police for emergency or ambulance to dial emergency number and you fail to help quick, people would have die on spot without your assistance? if I would have send this money for patient in hospital because the doctor refuse to treat the patient because no money, the patient would has die in hospital because of you?

I went online to send money and filled out there long form only to find out their system was down after 10 min of form filling out. Then I called and they wanted 5 times the amount to send the money. Western Union uses bate and switch tactics to bleed off more money from existing customers. Find another way to send money. I recommend PAYPAL.

Why would western union post to my card the rewards 100 and then delete it? Secondly, why would western union delete my online account without notice?? Now it is nearly 45 days later and no letter or email from western union as to why? If western union does not want me to use their services any longer then I hereby request a letter or email stating their reason for my not being able to use your services. I also, have many rewards points that have not been claimed and if I knew that you were going to cease my use of your services, I would of claimed my many years of rewards. Is this the way western union treats their long term customer supporters? As far as I know, I have not abused your services as agreed in terms and conditions. Usually, if someone abuses or violates an agreement the issuer gives written notice of any violation to the agreement. Western union has not given me any written or verbal reason for their actions. Whatever the reason for restricting my use of your services please send your reason (s) in writing. If Western Union has chosen not to allow my use of your services any longer then besides a letter of reason, I hereby request a check from you for the balance of money that was on my card when you stopped my use of the said card and that would include my July 2014 added rewards amount that was posted to my card in July 2014 of 100.00

I have been using WU for years. Last night they charged my debit card and held the money at their HDQ. It has been almost 24 hours and I can't get my money. I have been lied to and given misinformation over and over. I guess the next call is to Englewood CO police since now they have stolen my money without reasonable explanation. no more WU for me and all others beware. seems someone is working on this now. standby for an update. Well called finally dropped without any update. I have heard I'M SORRY about 900 times but no resolution. Another very nice rep named James is working on it and has promised to call me back. 1743 standby for real update.

they canceled a transaction. left a message to call and get a new transaction number for the refund, and their system does not let you do this, nor have option to talk to anyone on the planet. internet search for phone numbers all lead back to the same voice activated system that does not work.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. LIARS.Sent money to a lifelong friend to handle a purchase for me in another state. WU tells him money was paid out to someone else! I called that day to advise they did not payout to the proper person...6 weeks later after numerous calls and getting the run around I am told, sorry, looks like we paid out the funds to a different person. They closed my refund request with a comment "unresolved"!! They repeatedly asked did I send the money to someone I knew. I did all but give them his Drivers License number! I was told I can file a fraud claim with local law enforcement. Not one claims person spoke English.

I am a former employee and the company does great things for the public. They do however need to lower prices to customers and develop the digital business quickly before others come in the market and steal market share.
