Warning do not go to this company my friend had learning difficulties and the guy throw him off the boat halfway in the water he could not swim and who had anxiety of drowning thank god he had life jacket we had to run in and save him the guy with the squeaky voice who work there on the boat just laugh when we ask for his name to make Official complaint none off the staff would tell us his name all they did was laugh at us ...parents don’t bring your kids here or with anyone with Learning difficulties they will put your life in danger this company is not Professional and they was money missing in my friends wallet when he got his wallet back from the staff after used the jet ski stay away from here !!!

On les appelle pour réserver, ils nous donnent un lien pour réservation en ligne. On la fait. Reservation prise pour 16h le lendemain. On arrive, là surprise, on est à 17h et avec d'autres personnes. En période de covid impossible pour nous. On demande un remboursement mais là... Ils nous disent qu'ils peuvent rien faire et qu'il faut appeler le site internet. On l'attend encore.
Nos han atendido super bien, super majos y tuvimos un problema que mi hija se asusto en la banana y la pasaron a la lancha para que se asustara menos y aparte de eso me dijeron que me devolvían el dinero de ella por lo haberla hecho, personal super honesto y muy majos!
À ÉVITER ! N'allez pas ici, aucun respect des règles Covid, désorganisés, malpolis et malhonnêtes. Cherchez un autre fournisseur plus loin.
Le temps d’attente est extrêmement long, des personnes arrivant en dernière passe en premier désorganisée..............
No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Hoy han dejado tirados a su suerte en alta mar a dos jovenes, el la actividad de la Banana (Salou) , como es posible tanta iresponsabilidad. No se puede jugar con la vida de las personas!!!
