What a TERRIBLE experience! I love travelling Europe driving campers, I did it every summer in the last ten years. I rented a camper in many European towns: Prague, Berlin, Milan, Bordeaux, Copenaghen, Spalato and believe me, this has been by far the worst experience! Uncomfortable seats, very bad performance, I found a dirty bath and the fridge didn’t work. Believe me, do not rent a camper here! Gabriele

I know many camper rentals in Madrid, I work in the industry and I visited almost all of them. Concerning \VoyenVan\ I only heard complaints, everyone knows their fraudulent \modus operandi\, they make customers sign a contract in which they reserve to assess the damages a week after the delivery of the camper, So they can hold the mony of the deposit when the clients have already returned home. I’m astonished they can still work!

Hello, I read your e email and he is full with lies Just you to know that we are clean all vans , we live all grey water and black water empty We full to the max fuel tank , we are also have a recipt from the gas station near the parking and also have a video that approved everything that I write is right . There was no Stopper pile laundry or any remote control to any of the AC , Delia didn’t give us it and we didn’t use the AC at all . Also I coordinated with delia on WhatsApp the reaching time of the vans on Saturday , one of the van's yours staff checked it all and say that everything is ok!!!! and the next van nobody wait for us Although that we arrived on 19:30 on the time off collection and return of motorhome according to the conditions . I see that you are trying to ern money in deceit , We are planning to rent a layer services to take care of your False requirements , and publish it all so nobody will suffer from you like we do again ! Also I ask from delia to red all the important contract conditions and explain the condition and she didn’t saying to us nothing about those issue's ' she said just sign here and here... . I'm excepting you to bring me back the 200 euro in cash and finish all this bad situation . Shay .
