250 of paintwork damage and 1 weeks waiting for a mechanic to plug it in and check the fault. My van broke down and was recovered here. I went 1 week before it’s arrival and told the service it would be coming. Followed up with emails. It arrived, Ruben told me they don’t have time for another 7days. A further 8 days passed with no info so I arrived with assistance to take the van elsewhere. At this point I noticed a paintwork scratch. I asked Ruben if they have any paperwork from when the van arrived to indicate it’s condition. To which he replied “do you think we did it?” I told him I don’t know who did it but there should be some paperwork like every professional garage makes when a car arrives so I know definitely if it happened here or by the towing company. He went to look and came back with only the previous towing paper which indicated nothing specific. No VW paperwork. He became extremely argumentative. I’m now stuck with a paintwork repair bill of 250. Oh and to top it took the next garage 5 minutes to reset the computer fault and the van was fine. Wasted 2 weeks.

Excellent service again from the service department . This time helping me reprogramme my vehicle after the fitment of upgraded headlights. Highly recommended and as an engineer it is definitely a service centre I would recommend.

La parte de ventas, al menos el que me tocó a mí, bastante decepcionado. Hay que estar detrás de él todo el día y al final hemos hecho la compra por otro lado, una abstención muy abandonada, y muy poco interés por vender. Tengo constancia de que no es así con todos los ventas, pero es muy decepcionante que no se muestra apenas interés por la venta de vehículos. La posventa tiene muy buena pinta la verdad.

Compré un coche en junio y sigo esperando a que me manden el manual de instrucciones del coche, siempre que llamo me dice que la próxima semana me lo mandan pero pasan los meses y siguen sin enviármelo, el comercial ya ni si quiera llama para disculparse directamente pasa, la atención post venta pésima y el trato al cliente queda demostrado que no les importa nada. Pregunte en otro concesionario y me dijeron que se puede pedir a recambios y en una semana lo tendría, con lo que demuestran que no lo mandan por qué no les da la gana.
