We went to the shop last March 2 for our wifi because we change our address and they said we will wait for 20 days in able for them to put it to our new home.Until now there's no move under Vodafone and we are on quarantine without wifi and taking much money to have a internet connection.There is no call from them to reach us for this matter. Very disappointed!

Few seats and they won't help you with technical assistance for the services you have with Vodafone (like home fiber). At least they have air conditioning.

Mi experiencia con ellos ha sido muy muy buena. Me atendió una chica encantadora, llamada Raquel. Gracias a su plena atención en todo momento, me he quedado con ellos. Tuve problemas con el contrato telefónico y me asesoró y estuvo pendiente en todo momento de cómo iba la tramitación, informándome en todo momento de cómo iba mi Portabilidad. Es una verdadera profesional, por su trato, atención, dedicación y asesoramiento. Si estoy con Vodafone es por ella y sinceramente creo que si el trato recibido en todas las empresas fuera el mismo que ella me ha dado, sería todo muy distinto. Muchas gracias Raquel por tu buen trato, tu asesoramiento, tu dedicación, tu profesionalidad y por ser un ejemplo a seguir.

Lo majos y atentos que son los empleados de la tienda compensa el desastre que es Vodafone como compañía. Me llega un email de Vodafone para que vaya a devolver los aparatos porque me he cambiado a otra compañía. Voy a una tienda y no me los recogen porque está el sistema caído, vuelvo días después y sigue caído. Después de intentar en varias ocasiones y varias tiendas, por lo menos en esta tienda Raquel, muy maja, apuntó mi teléfono para llamarme cuando estuviese arreglada la incidencia, y al final pude devolverlos. Tener el sistema caído una semana no habla muy bien de una empresa supuestamente a la vanguardia de la tecnología.
