I usually have no problem with Gadis but yesterday, I asked the girl at the meat counter for 1 Kilo of meat for guiso. She did not trim the meat of fat or gristle, just chopped it up in pieces. After trimming up the meat at home myself, there was a lot of inedible waste that in previous visits were trimmed up by the butcher. I don't mind doing a little trimming but this was too much waste that I paid for. The pile of meat on the left is now dog food.
