In particular, communication was always prompt and clear, and Sergio went out of his way to assist with all aspects of the transaction, even helping with some of the post sale paperwork which wasn't really the estate agent's job. I felt that he provided a duty of care, not just for the seller but for the purchaser as well, which meant that I had complete trust in him throughout the process.
