I can only confirm the very bad service. I am here on vacation and have complained about a broken door on a Fendt caravan. For almost a week I wait for the confirmation of the guarantee. How long will it take? This company is not recommended!!
We went to M3 to get a part of a broken window replaced. We were told 3 weeks to get parts and have to pay in advance. The next week they told us 4 weeks. We contacted Weinsberg to ask why parts take so long. Weinsberg tell us that the parts usually don't take that long to deliver and asked for the order number . We asked M3 for the order number- no response. We ask M3 for an update on parts delivery - no response. We asked again- no response. We have spent 4 weeks travelling around Spain with a taped up window. It is now 4 weeks and our visa to stay in Europe will expire so we will have to leave soon I noted that the owner of M3 had responded to some comments. If you are the owner can you do something about this UPDATE Thank you owner for your reply (below). It was ordered in my name through Gema in the Madrid office. I can send a copy of the order once I work out how. No idea how to respond to your response other than to alter this original review UPDATE We got a call the next day saying our parts arrived, and an install date 2.5 weeks later. We were later offered a sooner date but we had to take the window and move on. No offer of rebate for the fixing cost, but considering the 10 minutes work to do it, not surprising. Cannot tell if owners input helped. Thanks anyway
Ok for a quick visit
Very good service when your spending money! BUT getting a problem sorted or even getting to speak to someone about an issue is Nearly impossible! They are always busy or on another call, The after sales service is not good. Would I buy another motorhome from M3? NO!!!
