Constant problems with packages NOT being delivered. Courier states there's no-one home when the truth is there are 3 people in the house and he can't be bothered to ring the bell. Ringing the office is a nightmare as they don't know their ar_e from their t_t and have no idea where the courier is. Only guaranteed solution is to drive 10 miles to the office and collect personally.

Experiencia nefasta sempre que m’envien algun paquet a casa per aquesta companyia o m’arriba tard fora la data establerta o a ultima hora de tarda vespre. Quina casualitat que sempre sigui aquesta empresa. Li queda molt per ependre de les altres companyies de misatgeria.
Oficina fosca i molt molt mooolt desendreçat!! No puc entendre com podem tenir els paquets com els tenen, tots per terra, apilats de cualsevol manera... la noia evidentment li ha costat trobar el meu paquet...Un mínim d'ordre no és tan dificil. Un empresa com MRW no hauria de permetre una oficina en aquestes condicions. La noia que m'ha entès , tot correcte, amable.
