I'm very happy with Pepe's treatment for my long haired chihuahua. It's always very difficult to trust a new veterinarian and being new to Málaga, it's well worth the 40 minute drive. Caesar has a luxated patella and having been a veterinary assistant previously, I felt Pepe did everything necessary to give Caesar a thorough and safe consultation. Not only does he not choose a surgical route as a quick fix but he tries to find out the underlying cause of the problem. Having lived in Hong Kong for a long time, I really appreciated this approach and feel confident that I will be using him for my 5 dogs. Not only does Pepe provide a friendly and helpful service where he reassures the owner in any doubts or concerns but he has an excellent rapport with his patients. (Caesar is normally quite nervous around vets but he was very calm with Pepe) However, please remember that not all owners accept the route of alternative medicine and that's ok but I am somewhat shocked by some of the negative comments written by some previous clients as Pepe was nothing but professional and kind. If you want a quick fix by exposing your dog to the stress of surgery go to your nearest cheapest vet but Pepe only wants the best for pet and tries to do everything possible to help them.

Absolututely a blessing to of found Dr Jose Ortega & his clinic, was very lucky to of come across him the internet! Called him as an emergency as My Dog was very sick, emailed him all the info that evening, and got to see him the next morning! While Teddy ( my dog) was on the table Dr Ortega was injecting him Homopathicly and using acupuncture, he called In a specialist Vet to do ultrasound, as Teddy results were average, Dr Ortega was very clear saying Teddy was very sick - and the most important thing was, that he must eat to survive, so then we took him home - Teddy got better and ate for a couple of days ( I feel he did this for us) then he decided he had - had enough and just wanted to sleep, as he knew his time had come! What we can really Thank Dr Ortega for is, is Uttmost care, attention and sincere love for looking after Teddy - and just by meeting him, I think that was the Healing we All got from this.......with Sincere Love in everything you do Dr Ortega - and So happy that we found you as a really great Vet & a lovely person xx

Tratan fatal, se encierran con tu perro alegando el covid y no sabes ni lo que le hacen, no te explican nada...parece que al tratarte te hacen el favor de tu vida...no lo aconsejo para nada. Nada cercano a los animales y menos a las personas, además carísimo.
