Excellent service. I bought a fridge freezer, next day free delivery Old appliance taken away free of charge. I then had a problem with the fridge so popped in to the shop and they said they’d arrange a technician to come and have a look. Her arrived before I had even got back home!!! Simple issue resolved and all fixed within 10 minutes. If you need an electrical item don’t waste your time going anywhere else. This is the place to shop!!!! Fantastic service from beginning to end.

We have bought a number of items on numerous occasions including, washing machines, dishwashers, and water boiler, all have been delivered same day, even if late, and the prices we found to be the cheapest in the area. For us running rental apartments, reliability and reliable service means a lot, and we get that in massive amounts here. We always, use them for our replacement appliances, and will continue to do so for any new or replacement purchases we need in the future. .

Purchased a fridge/freezer and a washing machine. The young female sales assistant was knowledgeable on both items and dealt with us in a professional and courteous manner. The items were promised between 7 & 8 pm the following day. The guys arrived at 7pm placed both items in situ (the washing machine was plumbed in and checked) they then removed all packaging. They gave sound advice and again we're both professional and courteous. We would definitely recommend this shop to everyone. They even offered to take the old appliances away for us.
