Our initial visit was an emergency and the service we received was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and professional. The treatment my cat Misty received was exceptional. The after surgery care was superb. I just want to thank all the vets and nurses for saving my misty.

The lonely one clinic open at 9.30am in the morning in all south side for emergency case...
Terrible atmosphere, unfriendly and incompetent Veterinaire/“Doctors with absolutely no empathy for the animals and there owners!! I have seen the parrot in his poor dirty cage left when you come in, already this picture is enough to get a real bad impression about the rest of this so called “clinic”... Disgusting behaviour with fresh operated animals which hardly can walk after the anaesthetic treatment, like I’d already mentioned before. I was forced to look to all this horrible atmosphere and I really can’t understand how anyone can bring their animal into a place like this... Never ever again and I hope that people who care about and love their animals will hopefully follow my advice. It’s hard to find a serious vet clinic including a competent veterinarian who understands the importance of the relationship between a animal and his owner, it works always together because the animal feels if his owner doesn’t feel comfortable and this is extremely Contra productive for the whole situation. I guess these so called vets should look for a different work or start to educate themselves in “how to treat their patients including their owner’s”... Again: If you really care and love your animal never go there!
