Visited for the first time on 3rd November to see Cardiologo Dr Montero for a preliminary meeting prior to Heart Valve Replacement surgery. I must say that first impressions were excellent. Naturally my wife and I are nervous before major surgery but the professionalism of Dr Montero put us at ease. We are certainly not exactly excited about the imminent surgery, but feel far more confident than we did prior to yesterday's appointment. Despite some reviews suggesting there were no foreign speakers within the hospital, that was certainly not our experience! In particular Dr Montero spoke perfect English.

We had our baby here, doctors and caesaeran operation were absolutely fine. The baby had to stay a few days in the incubator, well so, the nurses here are very rude, they won’t allow the dad to see the baby, only the mother. They have lack of manners

My son was born there. I was a private patient and paid a large amount of money in order to upgrade to a suite. It was not worth it at all! The bathroom sink smelled so bad that make me want to puck! I guess they do not clean properly or don't do much maintenance. The nurses were VERY rude , they had no empathy and zero manners. They would bring lunch/breakfast and make so much noise, they would just push the door out of the blue leave the food on the table and leave straightaway. My husband had to help me every time to sit up as nurses never helped or even asked if i needed help. Food was cheap and of very low quality. It was always very noisy in the corridors during nighttime as people where talking and shouting on their phones. When my husband when to complaint they did nothing. It was very annoying as I was recovering from a c-section and needed to sleep very badly. So I wont recommend this place to give birth.

I am giving them one star due to the nice building they have, this is though where the pleasantries end. This place is a shame for the medical industry. I was sent to three different floors around the hospital before I could find the right office. Really??? For those of you who read that and are in the service industry in Spain, please, it is OK to say that you DO NOT KNOW something as opposed to sending someone with medical need to spent his time roaming around the hospital. When I initially called them I was told that the first visit to the doctor would cost 100 euros. In the office the price was already 151 euros. I asked them to show me their prices, but she said that they do not have a list. The person that spoke English could not believe that he is hearing such a number, and he was Spanish. Really unpleasant and rude demeanor by the secretary. I would never again visit this place. By the way, for the foreigners the prices appear to be different. I have asked to speak to a manager or to complain to someone, but it took me a while to realize that such a person does not exist or if he does he or she are nowhere to be found. It is true, that in Spain most of the services are simply non existent, but to receive such a treatment in a PRIVATE hospital is absolutely outrageous.

Was at this hospital for consultation with my friend and very disappointed, zero customer care forward foreigners , nobody speak english , and unprofessional staff .. Will not recommend this hospital for foreigners who dont speak Spanish .
