A very unique healing space. I had a great singing bowls session with Robert after which I felt very peaceful and open. We talked about the importance of balance and energy in holistic wellness. Trained by some of the greatest mindfulness experts, you can tell he has mastered his craft and is passionate about what he does.

I had an incredibly powerful sound healing session with Rob, and would definitely recommend this to anybody. Rob clearly has deep knowledge about singing bowls and their effects on the body and also on a deeper level, and he really gives the space and presence to ensure you are comfortable and taken care of. A truly meditative and profound experience
Had a Thai Yoga massage and chakra work with Robert, both were incredible. Robert takes his time and clearly cares deeply and works very consciously with your body and energy. A wonderful touch which will leave you relaxed and balanced going into your day ahead. Would thoroughly recommend!
I’m hugely grateful for the Centro Semilla space. It’s a spiritual sanctuary where I love to enjoy treatments, as well as host my yin yoga classes. I feel that having these spaces is incredible beneficial for both myself personally, as well as the community. I completed a Self Care course, a women’s Tantra course as well as the Thai Yoga Massage sessions, and look forward to connecting with more like minded souls in the holistic wellness industry here. Robert is a wonderful person too. The space really holds exactly what he is about. Once again, grateful for the space and community created here :)

This is a wonderful space for workshops and individual sessions; it's got really good energy and is a welcome respite from the busy world outside. Robert does great work with sound healing using Tibetan bowls, as well as offering massages and yoga. I'm very happy this center exists.
I experienced sound bowl healing for the first time at Ro-Ki and it was amazing. Totally blew all my cob-webs away and is something I'm now going to incorporate regularly in to my life. I'd love to learn more about it!!
I have had two treatments with Robert now - a Shiatsu massage and a sound healing. What I love about Robert and Centro Semilla is the calm atmosphere and healing energy which can be felt from the moment you enter the building. Robert has a very calm and grounded energy and seems to be gifted for just making people feel at ease in his presence. I thoroughly enjoyed both my treatments but I found the sound healing even more therapeutic than the massage. It was the first time I had experienced this type of therapy 1-1. Having had a lot of mental stress and tension in the weeks leading up to the treatment I was finding it hard to 'switch' off to begin with, but by the end I was drifting in and out of consciousness feeling completely calm and at peace. Needless to say I floated home that evening and slept like a baby that night! I would highly recommend sound healing for anyone who suffers from anxiety or mental tension.
