I lived my whole live here in Valencia and this place is the best place to taste the flavour of the amazings buñuelos with chocolate, and in fact for me, is the single place where I eat them. Amazing and essential if you come to Valencia from December to June

A tour guide who gave me a city tour told me that this was the best place for Buñuelos but somehow it didn't live up to my expectations. I thought there would be a touch of pumpkin because Google and the guide told me so but I couldn't taste any pumpkin. The Buñuelos itself was tasty. Very chewy and crunchy. You can taste freshly fried Buñuelos here due to high customer turnover rate since there's a queue to buy this. I'm giving 2 out of 5 because it was lacking in pumpkin taste, which I was looking for and it tasted similar to my country's traditional snack. I guess I expected it to be rather exotic. I also ordered Horchata and it was just okay.
Try the Horchata and fartons. They are freshly made each day in this horchateria which has been in the same family for multiple generations. Horchata and fartons are often had at la merienda, a mid-afternoon snack. Sweet and delicious. Don't forget to dunk the fartons!
