I've had an amazing experience with Engel&Völkers in Valencia! They were selling amazing apartments with a nice range of prices; the service provided by my estate agent, Anastasia, has been impeccable and truly helpful: she had an answer to every question and the patience to get through all of them; she made sure to ask other professionals to get to know details she was unsure about and always given me great response in a short period of time and solved me an amazing amount of issues. I honestly couldn't be happier with the professionality they've shown to me and how much they helped me and still are, even though my share to them has already been paid off! Thank you.

Very unprofessional. My family and I were waiting to see an apartment however, we were waiting for over 30 minutes with no communication after having our showing rescheduled. Marina (who was helping us) was nice when she was available but not communicating with us often nor over booking on her part was not a good impression. We will find another company to work with.
we are from Germany and bought recently an Apartment in Valencia. We hve been supported by Enrique Dias in a very competent way . The buying process and all necessary paper work has been managed very professional. From our side we can recommend EV, they did a good Job.
Didn't answer their phone, so I eventually emailed them. They took a week to respond to my enquiry, by which time my trip to Valencia was over. Blamed it on their systems. Then bombarded me with random property details, despite me asking them not to. Avoid.
They showed me wrong parking space for the apartment a rented. And later it turned out that I'm having the smallest parking space in the building which is smaller than my car and I cannot fit there, without partially occupying neighbor's place, which creates additional problems. Also when showing the apartments the agent was always in a hurry and gave only little time, which meant that I was not able to thoroughly check what I wanted to.
