The location of these apartments is great, as is the layout of the place (the double bedroom one, at least). It was clean and properly furnished, had basically everything we needed for our week's stay. The only real negative is the fact that it really is very very noisy... both from outside as well as inside the building. In our place the second bedroom had a window next to the stairwell, and while this was no issue in terms of privacy (it's properly covered) it did result in lots of light and noise coming from other people on the stairs at all hours of the day and especially night. I enjoyed the place, but would probably not book again because of the noise level.

I have never been compelled to write a review for anything before but here I am. What an experience! I was put in this room at the very top of the building which used to be an attic space. It’s summer, very hot. I cannot stand up in the bedroom. There are three windows all of which are one foot wide and on the floor. It feels generous calling them windows. They are more like vents. I can’t sleep in this “bedroom” because it’s so hot. AC in the “living room”, so I sleep on the couch. Whatever, I’ve had to do worse and I’m on vacation, I’ll survive. Haha! Jokes on me dear reader! When I return back in the evening to my hobbit hole, the entire apartment stinks of sewer. Like the way a recycling center smells in 100% humidity in mid August. Public restroom at a music festival status. BAD STUFF. Somehow, my cute little window vents, which I left open out of the realistic concern for my survival/ not suffocating, have let in the stench from somewhere below. Literal hell. I almost vomit upon entering the place. It is bad my friends. Somehow, this attic room has filled with this putrid stench. Still, try to tough it out. Can’t sleep. Leave the next day. Was there a refund you ask? Nope, no refund. I agreed to that when I signed up, which I did automatically because I’ve never sought a refund ever! I could cry if I weren’t so amazed by this experience. Literally, I am in awe. Don’t stay here. Don’t go anywhere near here. Downtown 13 — hit me up, you owe me money!
Wonderful small apartment at a great cost. We have everything we need, the only thing I'm struggling with is that you can hear everything from the street and thats not very comfortable when you're trying to sleep
