Centro Semilla is a beautiful, inviting and top quality space. Rob really pays attention to maintaining a high standard in the centre to ensure the space if comfortable for everyone. There is a great community feel here, and I have met so many wonderful people here. The centre has been the perfect place for me to host my Yoga classes, as well as to pop in for an exchange or a treatment. Really grateful for having it right on my doorstep! :)

Amazing what I could find in this Spiritual Center: Yin Yoga classes accompanied by Tibetan bowls; I attended a holistic medicine course; not to mention the fortnight speech given by specialists and lately experienced Shiatsu massage relaxing you tremendously and relieving pain stuck in your body. For all these wonderful & varied programs: Thank you so much for all your help! Highly recommended!
What I love about Robert and Centro Semilla is the calm atmosphere and healing energy which can be felt from the moment you enter the building. The centre is beautifully decorated with ambient treatment rooms and a modern yoga studio. Robert (the owner) is a very competent therapist who will listen to you attentively and put you at ease in his presence. He also has a super cute dog called Frida who will eagerly greet you upon arrival. For me, the little details - like being able to have a hot herbal tea after your massage is what makes this place feel extra special. Centro Semilla also offers a regular yoga classes and interesting workshops run by top teachers and therapists. I highly recommend it to anyone who is after some serious peace and relaxation!
The moment that you walk into the Centro Semilla, makes you feel the love and passion that was put into this place from the beginning. It has all the good vibes for anyone looking for a relaxing and open atmosphere. Robert and the team have put a lot of effort into making this a special place for massages, healings, yoga classes or individual treatments. The "exit through the gift shop" that offers real good value for your money, just puts a smile on your face because it allows you to take a piece of this place home with you. Not to forget the friendly dog that has already made many friends among the neighbors and visitors :-)
If you're spiritually inclined, Centro Semilla is THE place for you in Valencia, with massages by the fabulous Robert and a weekly yoga class schedule. The space itself is intimate, beautifully decorated and exudes calmness and tranquility as you walk through the door. I'd recommend a Thai Yoga Massage and the Thursday evening Yin Yoga class.
I experienced sound bowl healing for the first time at Centro Semilla and it was amazing. Totally blew all my cob-webs away and is something I'm now going to incorporate regularly in to my life. I'd love to learn more about it!!
