Spent a couple of nights here. Very convenient for visiting the city. Barriers were up - 5 for 24 hours. Drive over for gray and manhole (lift lid) for black . Fresh water from a standpipe so not suitable for hose. Adjacent to a telecom building that had 24/7 AC noise - not issue unless parked next to it. Stay limited to 48 hrs. All in all would use again.

Very handy place to park up for the night, 5mins walk over the river to the centre of town.

Handy stop .by a busy road. Near to a coffee shop/bar and not far from shops and city so a useful stop .nothing exciting and you pay at machine
