The owners of Vitale Loft in Valencia promised us a lot, but delivered very poorly. We visited the company December 2016. Contact with both owners was just fine, they came across fair and honest. The house should have been finished in June 2017 and all payments were done on time. Unfortunately, after the payments were done, things started to change. Deadlines were not met, and quality of the work turned out extremely poor. Promises again were made to improve work, but they failed to hold these promises again and again. At this moment, May 2018, the house is still unfinished. I highly recommend not to do business with this company. The pictures say it all. Wim ter Steege

Las casas prefabricadas de Vitale Loft son muy chulas. He tenido posibilidad de conocer una de ellas en Valencia, de 100 m2, creo que es la misma que se anuncia en el video y me ha gustado mucho. De precio es dentro de mercado, pero si consideramos que este tipo de casa añade diseño y funcionalidad, no es algo caro.
