Laurence of Valencia Expat Service knows Valencia and Spanish bureaucracy very well. She is native French, her Spanish is excellent and her English is very good. She is very helpful before locating to Valencia, and she organizes great social events for her clients and friends --- it is easy and fun to meet interesting people this way, She is smart, professional and ethical.
We were quoted a price, we accepted we made a preliminary trip to Valencia to prepare for the family's arrival, a few services were provided, we then made the big trip here with everyone and everything, met at their offices a few days later and suddenly the price doubled. They claimed that they had not been aware that one of us was a non-EU citizen, even though the first invoice from them clearly stated that. We were also constantly being told that their services were much cheaper than lawyers. Well, guess what, we then went to a lawyer to finish all of the paperwork and the lawyer's fees were slightly less than the original quote. Buyer Beware.

I would recommend Valencia Expat Services to anyone planning to settle in Spain. The services provided have been very professional and the package quoted was in line or cheaper than quotes from similar agencies (we got three). Laurence and her team facilitated every administrative procedures (Visa, NIE, Empadronamiento, School research and enrolment, apartment research...) in an effective manner. The reactivity, the knowledge and the friendliness of the team was especially appreciated . As it is not always easy to deal with administration services, thank you Valencia Expat Services team for making our move to Valencia an easy and pleasant experience.
