Stay away at all costs!! They are all nice and slimy when it comes to selling you in; as soon as you have an issue, suddenly there's no one around anymore to help and they keep giving you misleading information. We are still waiting for our deposit and more to be paid back and had to hire the services of a local lawyer to assist us with getting back money that is ours - never experienced such a ridiculous situation as an expat. Total waste of time and energy.

They work with landlords who steal deposits. Beware! I am having to go to court to get my EUR 4.000 back. They are advertising the flat to let again even though they know this has been going on for 4 months. AVOID.
This is regarding an incident that happened 2 years ago. E&V was the agent in a rental. The rental turned out to have bed bugs but they would not refund any portion of the fee that I paid.... even though they would have helped me find another rental AND the landlord requested they help me since she was still hiring them to find another tenant after the unit was cleaned. That has left a disgusting taste for me, especially their lack of customer service and only concern for their profits. I seriously wish I knew to request \Hojas De Reclamaciones\ at that time. Just a warning for anyone else. And if you ever have a problem, make sure you file a complaint so other people won't go through the same problems.
Our goal was to find a home/investment in Spain. We worked with three different firms and had three days to find our Spanish home.
