Went for my two year old nursemaid elbow... First time dealing with this in Valencia. And la emergencia de pediatría was super fast and great. We were there about 40 minutes in total which is great for an ER. Gracias docs , elbow is back to normal ️

Worst hospital I have seen ever! State & university hospital. People are in huge pain and left in the waiting room for hours even when it's not busy. Once they help you, they don't actually.. you have to remind them your infuse run out, then tell them when the next one run out, then tell them you need the other liquid.. if you don't tell them they don't bother. There is no rush to help a patient. If you like spending in the hospital, then this is the perfect place, what took me in another hospital 2 hours, takes with them more then 8. A real university hospital

I was sent here after going to a local gp in Valencia near the beach( Serreria) after I fell down the stairs and needed hurt by elbow needing stitches. I used my EU health card and passport for id and the whole thing was very efficient and the NHS could learn a thing or two. All the details the local gp had asked me where all there in the hospitals data on computer so there was no confusion and I seemlessly went from dept to dept seeing teh specialists I needed with xray and then stitches. All done in less than a couple of hours.

An absolute despicable reception service. I called 5 times to make an appointment (in broken Spanish). Each time the phone was put down. Disgraceful service. I'm appalled...
