The whole place is a disaster. Built in the middle of nowhere, far away in the mountain. The orography and climate up there are so complicated that you can hardly move between faculties. That means zero student life or university community, no social activities or student involvement in university affairs, as everybody is hoping to finish whatever they went there for and get out immediately. It’s a total failure due to its location, a political decision with the single purpose of avoiding the influence of workers union protests (very common in the city in the 80’s when the campus was built) in the students community.

Unqualified teahers, bad university. Besides, located in the middle of the mountain 15 kilometers away from Vigo, you have to go by car or bus (which takes almost an hour). You don't see civilization, you see animals grazing. It's very cold in winter. It would have been better if it had been built in Pontevedra capital city as students could arrive there by fast train in less than 15 minutes.
