This hospital saved my life when I became very unwell whilst being on a cruise. I was in there for almost 6 weeks [September/October 2018]and was looked after with such good care and compassion. This was also shown to my husband. God Bless all the wonderful staff on cardiac critical care and the other cardiac wards. I am from the UK and i am also a nurse. I will always remember the kindness shown to me by doctors, nurses and all staff. I could not speak any Spanish, but you made be feel reassured. We also had a few laughs. My baby grandson was born last November. I am so grateful to you all for saving my life so that I could meet him. He is lovely and was christened last Sunday. I remember the nurses Irene and Alba. I still miss the lovely coffee that was served late afternoon.Thank you all so very much. I will always remember you all and will never forget your kindness. God Bless you all Sue Miles [From UK] xxxxx

My husband was taken here on 15/4/2018?shortly after arriving at the Eden apart hotel in Puerto Rico and collapsing in the toilet. I was put in the 'Family Room' in a manner similar to that of Daniel being thrown into the Lions' den.No-one spoke English, myself, a diabetic had not eaten for several hours ,there were vending machines for food but they would not accept my 10 Euro note..... It was 4.30 am before I was summoned to see the A& E Doctor, who first of all told me off for bringing a sick man on holiday.(my husband has heart trouble and prostate cancer) He seemed very professional & persuaded my husband to stay in hospital but he was then discharged, without his medications , which I had handed over to the A& E Dr , a Dr David, at 11am the next morning. I have tried to phone the hospital to ask for his medications but no-one speaks ENGLISH. & the phone was very rudely put down on me. I have to add that the less than compassionate attitude appalled me ,!!!

Having spent 3 weeks there as a difficult patient with a heart problem.I was looked after by very professional staff who always tried their best to make me comfortable.top class treatment.the food was very nice ,always hot.only thing I did not enjoy was 24 hour visitors and the constant noise.this became a real problem .I'm glad I ended up at this hospital
