Do they ever answer the phone? I've called twice and waited longer than the estimated wait. Terrible service.

Reasons for 2 stars: * Parking: Although is not in a populated area, the only place you can park is in its parking. Extremely overpriced for the service and the quality of the parking. \u003e3/hour. This is the only place you can park in the whole area, no alternatives. * Hospital is quite crowded. Lots of people waiting for the appointment. This impacts the quality of the service. * Long waiting time to be attended. We had to wait more than 1.5 hrs for an appointment with the ENT specialist. * Signs to the different areas are missing, difficult to get to the required consultation. In general, doctors and personnel are good although we had to wait 1.5 hours for less than 10 minutes appointment. I will try to choose a different hospital next time I require specialized services.
My experience has been quite positive so far. Good facilities and most important of all, great professionals committed with the patients and their families.
Nobody answer any of the public tlf numbers only by green numbers but not allowed to transfer the call to the hospital....crazy isn't it? Why do you public a tlf number?
Un auténtico DESASTRE LA GESTIÓN DE CITAS presencial. Coger num para que te den cita? Colas de 1 hora para una simple cita en rayos, es absurdo. Personas apelotonadas sin distancia social y cerrados. Atención pésima. Porque no se puede hacer por teléfono o bien online? No hemos aprendido nada. Indignante
Después de 10 días hospitalizado por Covid, darles las gracias a todo el personal de planta, un trato muy correcto y muy profesional.
Es la primera vez que visitó este hospital pero no voy a volver ya que, como siempre cuando vas al médico tienes cita a una hora pero te atienden a otra , Ultimamente pienso que, aunque vayas al privado estás como la seguridad social tienes que esperar un montón para que te atiendan. Y lo peor no es esto ,lo peor es que como estuve 2 horas y media en el hospital pague 8 de parking ,vaya rollo.
