Booking our holiday was easy and enquiries dealt with efficiently. When we had to unfortunately cancel. it was again dealt with hassle free, speedily and efficiently. Our dealings with Universal Holiday Centre can not be faulted and on this basis we would certainly use them again and recommend.

Swimming pool opens only in June so don't go thinking it's open all year round. Staff are not helpful, the fridge stopped working in the middle of our holiday and they couldn't send anyone to sort it out.
I unfortunately have not been there yet due to Covid 19, but I would like to say that I'm very pleased and impressed by the professionalism of Raul, the reservations manager who managed to sort out our cancellation due to the present crisis, in speedy and satisfactory way, as I was having great difficulties with Booking.com. I will be booking directly with Raul next year or as soon as it is safe to travel again.
We always book our flights and villas independently and used UHC for the first time this year for our September 2019 vacation in Miami Platja. I have to say their communication, advise, experience and customer focus was superb. They confirmed all payments clearly and provided step by step guides to locate the villa, with photographs/directions. We had a couple of small issues at the villa when we arrived (couple of light bulbs out, stiff locks) the UHC maintenance team were there within 24 hours and fixed all issues immediately with a smile. If we holiday around any area UHC manage, we will definitely use their services, for piece of mind and professionalism. The 600 security deposit was paid back into our account within 5 days of our return to the UK. We highly recommend UHC. Thank you for your assistance throughout
We booked our holiday at UHC for several years now. The fact we kept coming back says it all! Great locations, great accomodations, perfect service! Always happy and carefree holidays! We highly recommend it without hesitation!
