Excellent experience with the online shop! Shipment to Amsterdam in 4 days since I made the transference and when I needed the insurance of the product, they solved it right away just asking me the pictures and sending a new one! Communication was also easy, by email and WhatsApp with a quick replies! I fully recommend Undergrow online shop for all Europe! ️

Son profesionales responsables que atienden con dedicación lo que necesita el cliente. La verdad que no esperaba tanta atención a los detalles y respeto por los pequeños pedidos como el mío. Muy humildemente procuraré corresponder y si viviera en Barcelona seguro que compraría en esta tienda siempre. Merecen que les vaya muy bien y ojalá que así sea porque además de trabajar bien se nota que son buena gente.
hice un poedido de dos sacos de bat special que tenian en stock el dia 8 del mes pasado ya la semana me dicen que no tienen el producto y cuando mañana viniera el jefe me harian la transferencia.tras reclamar reiteradamente y recivir la misma respuesta,hoy dia cinco del prosimo mes no se nada de ellos y voy a tener que llamar por quinta ves.poco fundamento
