So glad I rented a scooter here in Ibiza! Great way to see the island and so much fun. Mattias was great and explained everything I needed to know and was even available if I had any questions during my rental. The scooters are very easy to drive and even have a place to store your helmet!

Scam Alert This rental service is a scam. See attached image they charged 400 euros for this scratch at bottom of the scooter. The scooter never fell or had an accident. A number plate is not even displayed in video which was shared by him. They charged me this when I left Ibiza. He is not even ready for discussion, he directly blocked our numbers. Never trust these people.
The most horrific experience. I try to return the scooter - he is not even in the shop. Lazy! As I am not there in person as I need to go to the airport, he tries to steal the deposit - making up damage that had been caused and using threatening and insulting behaviour. Thoroughly unprofessional! I implore others to never use this company again - Mattia (the owner of Ibiza shop) is a terrible person and is just looking to steal your money. Would give zero stars if that was an option.
if you rent a scooter from this company be aware of their "hand written" damage policy....what a joke!! big scammers! never again!
Very good service I had from Mattias and his girlfriend. They both helped me and my group to rent our bikes from them for many times. Prices are good for long time week or more .. recommended
I went and Rented a scooter through the Young Italian gentleman that runs this place. Prices were great, 35 a day which was perfectly in line with everyone else on the island. The scooter was brand new, worked flawlessly, and the helmets provided were clean. The owner was very much available through What's App to answer any of my questions. I unfortunately didn't see the business hours when I rented the scooter (10am-7pm). It was past 7pm on the night before I was going to leave the island (flight left at 8am the following morning), and I would not be able to meet the owner during business hours. I was able to contact him and he thankfully met me at his business later that night to return the scooter. He went above and beyond to make sure to accommodate my schedule.
Charged way too much for a stolen box from the bike. not recommended!
Big scam alert!!! Dont rent scooters from this company. They charge extra 300euros for a stolen helmet box...
