As per a general rule, I do suffer a lot when I have to travel with my pet. I want things well done and I want to be involved in the process so that I know what is going on and in which stage we are. I had to fly my dog from Barcelona to Dubai and this is when I came across TravelDog Spain. Could not express in words how much Pilar helped me. What seemed to be quite an \easy\ flight got more complicated due to the changes in regulations for the Covid-19. Pilar did an amazing job, found solutions to my problems, she had so much patience (and nowadays patience seems hard to find), she answered every single one of my phone calls. And by \every single one of my phone calls\ i do mean it. For at least two months we kept in contact, looking for solutions, finding the best way for me to travel and be confident that my dog would also be fine. I would recommend TravelDog with my eyes closed. And I know also now where to go in my future travels: I am definitely going back to Pilar. I know my dog is in good hands with her. I would not trust any other agency as strong as I trusted Pilar. And it was worth it. Thank you Pilar for all your help

Great source for traveling with your pets
The absolute best pet shipping service in Spain. Don’t use anyone else. I drove from Moraira to Barcelona (5 hours each way) to have this company take care of our pets - well worth it. Pilar is beyond amazing.
I can't say enough about Pilar and Carlitos! Absolutely the best Company for transportation of my dogs. They travelled from Barcelona to Los Angeles and arrived safe and happy. Pilar is a goddess and Carlitos is excellent with dogs!!!! I highly highly recommend this company !!!!!!!
