Worst courier I have ever used. They are rude, unreliable & do not know how to find an address. Clearly very unhappy employees working there.

Worst courier in the area. Been waiting for some expensive parcels from Mediamkt and the tracking is a tale of lies and sorry. Phone service is zero, email is pointless and all forms of trying to contact are a waste of time. No idea what is going on with my items....complaining to source now
The parcel never arrived, and when I try to contact the customer service by phone they just hang up. So now I don’t know where the package is, or if it will ever arrive... Terrible company. Edit: To answer the response from the company in the comment under: I have tried to contact you per mail as well. I received an automatic email back, which said that it can take 5-7 days before I hear anything. That is not good enough.

MRW España: Gran servicio de mensajería Oficina MRW San Javier / Torrevieja (mismo franquiciado): Pésimo y debían quitarle la franquicia. Cuando tenían oficina en Torrevieja y enviabas a \sucursal torrevieja\ lo dejaban en San Javier que era su base principal y aún era culpa del cliente, nunca de ellos por no saber diferenciar ambas ciudades. Ahora que han cerrado la sucursal de Torrevieja solo vienen segundo o tercer día por lo que rara vez entregan en las 24h pagadas, pero siguen poniendo \de reparto\ para hacerte perder el tiempo. En Torrevieja, evitar esta mensajería.
Nunca he tenido problemas con MRW, al contrario. Además, los chicos que normalmente me traen los paquetes son súper agradables.
Indicazioni sbagliate e ufficio chiuso, guarderò un'altro giorno
