The best hospital in Spain. Great staff, very efficient and like to get you better pronto. They don't care if you don't speak Spanish as their English is fantastic. They just want to make you better.. Excellent staff, excellent hospital. Just 100 percent great !!

Awful place. A total lack of care or compassion for my mum with terminal cancer. Made to stay in bed all the time, only visited when 'nappy' needed changing....how utterly undignified! Made to wait till after midnight for any pain relief! Diabolical food! The list is endless!!! Shameful treatment!

The point of service, ie the imaging department was fine no problems. However on arrival after entering the SIP number and getting a ticket indicating the room to go to, we tried to ask at the help desk the whereabouts of the said room, but the woman ignored us and several others also while she operated a computer for three or four minutes. We walked away and asked a porter. Also today we have telephoned three times asked for English, told to wait a moment, the phone was replaced on us each time. I rang our interpreter to see if she could call on our behalf, only to be told that her experience was the same as ours when trying to make appointments

Was admitted from emergency referral via Medical Center and was processed quickly. Barrage of tests and xrays to get the result. Only negs were lack of water/food offered thus 17 hours no food/water (was on drip but still very dry) and not much feedback by staff. Had to wait to see the doctor - they won't talk to you. Mostly good.
