Very friendly service. They forgot to tell me that I could do it by phone, but I enjoyed the return trip to the office, so it was all good.

Gas Natural headquarters (Barcelona) The new headquarters of Gas Natural has three buildings placed together. Opened in 2005, the design of the building, was selected from a competition among Barcelona's best-known architects. This design by Enric Miralles and Benedetta Tagliabue was chosen to build the 20 storey glass. The building's unique shape represents a waterfall flowing into the sea and an imaginary shark bite over the main entrance. The lower part shows marks made by the shark's teeth.

El tracte en oficina ha estat excel·lent, transparent i sobretot ens han aconsellat el que calia fer amb un problema de facturació en el comptador del gas (cosa que per telèfon no haviem aconseguit). Molt recomanable si es te elgun problema en lloc de trucar a atenció al client

Sois unos ladrones! No se os cae la cara de vergüenza??! Pretendéis que yo pague una factura sumamente alta, reclamo y me decís que es un error y que tengo que hacer miles de cosas y no solucionais ni corregis vosotros el error????? Y encima me amenazais diciendo que sino pago me meteis en el Asnef Pero estamos tontos o que?? Estoy cansada del abuso de estas empresas!! Sois lo peor!! Menos mal que me cambie de empresa!!!
