It's really just a tech toys' shop. It has a small exhibition below with interesting information on its displays but labeling it as a museum is pretty misguiding. Cool nonetheless.

Store on top, museum in the basement. You need reservations for the museum tour which is led by a guide who demonstrates and describes the various robots (in Spanish, but M-F at 4pm is s in English, I believe). Huge electronic and robotic toy store above. The museum part is small but in combination with the store, it is a kid's dream.

The Robot Museum was founded in 2013 with the idea of bringing all members of the public into real and direct contract with the exciting world of entertainment robots. A project brought to fruition by Daniel Bayón (CEO of Juguetrónica, SL), The Robot Museum is a unique space in Europe that offers a unique experience, where you can discover the past, present and future of robotics in a fun and inspiring way. You’ll be able to admire everything from the award-winning NOA humanoid robot to replicas of the famous Star Wars androids and EMROS, the world's smallest robot. The Robot Museum also boasts the largest collection of robot dogs in Europe, and the second largest in the world. Not only are most of these robots on display, but visitors can also see them in action and interact with many of them. The entrance fee to the centre includes a guided tour by specialized guides of approximately 45 minutes in length, in which theoretical information is alternated with live demonstrations. Visits can be in Spanish or English, and can only be made with a guide.

The Robot Museum is located on the lower level of the store Juguetronica. Visits are done by groups of visitors with an employee that will guide you through, so please make sure to look up the schedule for the visiting hours before you go. Entrance tickets are cheap and can be bought right before the visit begins at the upper level of the store. The Robot Museum is actually small in size, however, children will be amazed to see that robots can have a conversation, dance and even hold your hand while both of you walk together. One of the best parts of the museum is the guide and overall all the staff that work at the store. They are truly enthusiastic and passionate about the robots they have in the exhibit and the rest of the products they have on sale at the store. On our way out we saw the drone demonstration, played with a robot dog, and had fun at the Star Wars section. My son, three and a half, truly enjoy his afternoon at the Robot Museum and at Juguetronica.

Its nice enough for the children, except there was only a Spanish tour so we didn't understand anything. The \museum\ itself is a tour of an hour, the rest is a store. For me it's just a store which calls itself a museum to attract more people and sell more stuff.
