I have trained with Glen Christiansen four times for 10-14 days each at Tenerife Top Training (T3) most recently January 2021. T3 is located near La Coleta in the Southwest part of Tenerife, one of the Canary Islands, off the coast of Morocco. The aquatic facilities of T3 include a 10 lane 50 meter pool, a 6 lane 25 meter pool, and a flume with front, top, and side synchronized cameras. The facility is excellent. The climate is ideal all year round, ranging between mid 60s and 70s Fahrenheit. Water quality is good with temperatures in the high 70s. Many national European teams train here. T3 also has excellent facilities for soccer but I’ll leave that subject for another reviewer. Both swimmers and soccer players can make use of two well equipped gyms. From the pool deck one has stunning views of the ocean to the west and volcanic mountains to the east & south. Teenage and masters competitive swimmers can access T3 by enrolling in a training camp with Christiansen or by contacting the complex directly.

Been there 04/2019 for the swimming camp with Glen Christiansen (the camp itself was really good too, but that's not what it's about). The training facility is really huge, enough space to either work out in the sun, warm up or stretch after swimming. The gym is big enough to support your sport with a bit of strength training. The staff is nice and speaks (mostly) food English. The shakes and bars they offer are tasty and it's stated, which shake has how many calories. The massage with pietro was great (30min 32), he really knows what he's doing. The flume that you can use to film and analyse your swimming is a really really great opportunity and helps you to improve a lot!!! There's hardly any chlorine in the water (1 Olympic 50m pool, 1 25 pool with 6 lanes) which I really enjoyed! After all - great training facility, planing to to there for sure another time!

Top class training center. Professional sportsmen come to train here, but its open for everyone. I had a chance to have personal football classes with Laura Diaz, a footballer and a brilliant coach. I enjoyed the trainings and see real results. The administration is also very responsive!

Courts, swimming pools and pitches are quite good, but expensive.
