Tenerife Property Group - where would I have been without you ?? I first met Simon from Tenerife property Group in July 2020 ,when I travelled over to Tenerife to view potential investment / holiday properties. We talked, pinpointed and viewed suitable properties and areas which was made extremely easy with Simon's friendly, honest, knowledgeable and always professional attitude. I did make an offer on a property, that without Simon and Colin (from Tenerife property Group too) - I would never have even viewed. In just over a month, I have already been back to Tenerife and completed the purchase. I will never be able to thank Simon enough for his time and patience in making sure, that I was always happy and comfortable with information received and decisions to be made. So from viewing to purchasing, there are quite a few necessary jobs to undertake and Simon was there with me every step of the way. Simon introduced me to my lovely \pocket rocket\ Lawyer - Erica, he accompanied me when opening a Currency Direct Transfer Account, he taxied me to meet Erica at the Police Station to register for an NEI number - which you need when purchasing a property there, accompanied me to open a Spanish Bank Account, both taxied and accompanied me to The Notary - again to meet Erica and complete the final legal documentation checks and then HAPPY DAYS - Deal done and complete..... Then God love him - Simon even took me to the shop to get some basic provisions and drove me back to my \Casa Morrison\ - more than a dream come true. I will always 100% recommend Tenerife Property Group to anyone out there planning to buy a property in Tenerife - you will definitely not be disappointed with the top quality service that is so readily given.

Fully agree with a previous review describing Simon and his colleague as highly motivated. They are certainly motivated without a 'hard sell' approach. Simons support in the process of purchasing an apartment in Tenerife was invaluable. From beginning to end communication was excellent and inclusive keeping both seller and buyer informed at every stage. When viewings were arranged Simon was punctual and gave us time and space as well as the benefit of his local knowledge. He responded to telephone and e-mails promptly. Would highly recommend Tenerife Property Group.
