The company is very quick to sign you up but if you have no connection or a problem it is so difficult to get a response from them. I need the Internet for work and I just wish I had stayed with our previous but more expensive provider with a slower connection, at least I could function. I have asked for a refund for lack of connectivity and guess what, no reply. How would they feel if I didn't pay as I am not getting the service I am paying for.

If only there was another internet provider that covered my area! I pay for 18megabits and the highest I've got on a test is about 11, but mostly it is less than that another from less than 1 to 8. I have complained 4 times or more, had an engineer to my house 3 times and all they've done is given me another wifi box which they charged me 35 for. The wifi isn't the problem. on the last occasion the engineer made phonecall and the download speed went up to 17, while he was here, that did not last. Engineer tried to tell me it was to do with our iCloud on our mobiles. If I had another option, I would cancel the contract straight away!

Really happy with a quick installation to my atic apparment. Communication is okay in English would recommend them if your new to Puerto lumbreras and need internet. Friendly group of people when we go to the shop.
