I visited Teletest twice in 4 days because I missed my flight and I had to prove negative on top of cost of rescheduling my flight.. I was in between keeping silent or just explain my situation and ask if they could empathize that ultimately help me with it. 100/10 recommended!! because the receptionist is a proficient English speaker on top of that I think she is a very good person. PS: it wasn't for free. She was greatest at listening and offering what they can the most.

Price and waiting time extraordinary. They are spoiled by queues outside. It’s time the government put a cap in the price for such services. The PCR Test they use cost less than 9 euro for material cost. Which business can make such profits delivering such a bad experience ? They not even guarantee their turn around time of 24 hours unless you are willing to fork out another 30 Euro.

Quick service for pcr! You can get the result the same day. Staff is friendly. The waiting times are fine. However it’s very pricey (normal in Spain though, it’s sad). Please always double check the documentation! you only receive it after the test has already been taken and not before after registration and payment. I went twice to this place and they always got the data incorrect from my passport. This can cause problems in case you have to travel. Covid measures at the lab are not strict. There was no gel available this morning and you had to fill out a document with a pen... to me this doesn’t seem save considering infected people might do a quick check as well using the same pen. Maybe there can be a chance of infection?! So bring your own gel if you go!
